How Our Pickup and Drop-Off Times Work

To make your camper van rental smooth and hassle-free, we follow a set schedule for pickups and drop-offs. Please follow these guidelines when selecting your reservation times:

Pickup Times

• If you want to pick up the van anytime after 4 PM, you must select 4 PM on the same day as your pickup time.
  
  • Example: You need the van at 5 PM on Thursday → Choose 4 PM on Thursday as your pickup time.
  • Example: You need the van at 2 AM on Friday → Choose 4 PM on Thursday as your pickup time.

Drop-Off Times

• If you plan to return the van late at night or early in the morning, you must select 10 AM the next day as your drop-off time.
  • Example: You plan to return the van at 6 PM on Thursday → Choose 10 AM on Friday as your drop-off time.
  • Example: You plan to return the van at 2 AM on Friday → Choose 10 AM on Friday as your drop-off time.

This ensures a smooth transition between rentals and gives us time to prepare the van for the next adventure.
